A lot has happened in the last 10 years within anatomical research

During the development of a treatment tool to help people with recurrent pain in the neck and lumbar spine, Hans Bohlin at Atlasbalans stumbled upon a research area under constant development.

New research shows that fascia, a network of connective tissue, has a greater impact on health and well-being than we previously thought.

When successful treatment results were observed on horses, Hans Bohlin contacted the Danish veterinarian Dr. Vibeke Sødring Elbrønd, expert on research on fascia in animals, to investigate the possibility of validating treatment results and Dr. Elbrønd performed a study that showed that Atlasbalans’ treatment machine could be used to treat fascia.
